Who all is responsible?

I had a client write a bad check for products and also services rendered. The bad check case is pending and I have now served him with papers for the remaining balance due...about $4,500. His organization is incorporated and there are other officers listed. Are they also responsible for this debt? If so I think it would be smart to go ahead and serve them as well.

It is impossible to tell who is liable without seeing the check. Consult with a local attorney.

We don't have the documents. What do you have to show anyone is responsible because they are an officer of the company? Trying to sue people who have no liability often leads to significant problems.
