Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Looking to start an adult industry-type business
I have talked to some others about the possibility of starting a ''Big Brother''-type establishment to be streaming videoed over the internet with the possibility of a related ''strip'' establishment. My question is...What are the specific laws that I should refer to in order to correctly apply for a license, look for appropriate locations, protect the business from legal conflict (i.e. health codes, liquor license, limits of nudity, and/or security)? Thank you.

Your question is too complicated for this type of forum. Starting a business such as the one you contemplate will take a good bit of planning. I would strongly advise you to speak with an attorney and tax professional before jumping into anything.
