Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

What's wrong here?

My employer has presented me with a 27 page policy manual to be signed to continue employment. Each policy must be signed. I know there has to be something wrong with this part, however I need the legal reasons and terminology for my rebuttal. Thank you.

Post Separation Availability: By accepting employment with the company, I further agree to make myself available to the company to answer questions, testify under oath or otherwise provide assistance with any investigation I may have performed during my employment, even after the termination or separation of my employment, weather such termination was by me or the company. An hourly rate of $20.00 will be paid for time spent.

I further understand that if I fail to comply with this provision, I may be held liable for any damages to the company resulting from said breach in addition to such other remedies as may be available to the company.
