Starting a new business
We are thinking of starting a cheesecake business in our home and would like to know what kind of health inspections or codes we need to follow. We also would like to know if we would be able to use the name ''Cheesecakes in Paradise'' or if that is copyright infringement on Jimmy Buffett's ''Cheeseburger in Paradise''.

Regarding health inspections or any other code issues, such as operating a business out of your home, you will need to check with your local authorities. Regarding the naming of your business, that is out of my area of practice, but I have a friend who specializes in Trademarks. He can tell you if you would have a problem with that name.
