Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I work as an independent contractor pet sitter in Duluth, GA. I work for a company that has undergone a few changes and am unhappy with the way myself and my clients are being treated. I am losing clients because of my affiliation with the new owner. I signed a "non-solicit" form (under duress, I was given an ultimatum and couldn't afford not to). I want my current contract to be voided which would erase the non-solicit and allow my to take care of my clients pets without being sued. I believe my contractor has broken her end of the contract in two ways therefore voiding the contract, the first is that she wrote (by hand) on the contract that she was giving me a raise. I have been watching my pay stubs and have not been paid that raise in over three weeks. Secondly I requested a copy of my contract to review and noticed that it was not the contract I had signed, as the addendums were not there for my pay, but the document still had my signature. Do I have a case that my contract is voided and I can dissolve ties with my contractor and begin taking care of my clients pets on my own?

No one here has the contract. You will either need to take it to a lawyer for review, or take your chances the company won't sue you.

What you describe is not legal duress. As such, you are most likely subject to the terms of the agreement.
