Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I was arrested and put into jail for 3 days. The officer said I was DUI when I only blew a .061 and .065. He said I impeded traffic when I went to court the judge said the stop was illegal and dismissed all charges. What can I do about him violating my civil rights?

If you blew a .061 you were way past what safety experts say is a safe number to drive, and, under Georgia law, can be charged with DUI less than safe.

So I don't see any civil rights question here. You got lucky in Court if the case was dismissed. Unless you've left out something major about the stop, consider it a lesson learned about drinking and driving, and I'd suggest you voluntarily do an alcohol risk assessment course to learn from the experience.
