Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

online poker club

I would like to start an online poker club. The individual would pay a fee to join the club. Once a member, they would play a game of poker where they were assigned to play at a website that offers real money games. The winners would receive points from the poker club based upon how they do. At the end of a set schedule the person who has the most points would receive a prize. Would this be legal? There is no gambling done on my website only hosting the tournament schedule.

Re: online poker club

If the website offers real money games, that is illegal gambling.
