Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia

Builder contract

I wanted a sunroom and signed a contract to have it built but I changed my mind. The company said that since I did not contact them in three days I have to honor the contract. I contacted them on the fourth day. They have not started any work.

You didn't actually ask a question. You mention a contract, but you didn't post anything about what the contract says. You may want to re-post.

Re: Builder contract

I'm not sure what the 3 and 4-day periods have to do with anything. Look to the terms of the contract to determine your rights.
