Vacation Package

We purchased a pckg from the Vacation Network, who we now see has several negative reports with the BBB. We have not used any of the pckg. We signed the documents 3/1/07. Is there any way to cancel this agreement and get our money back?

Read your documents. What do they say about cancellation? How do we interpret what exactly a "pckg" is? These matters are not handled with short, vague descriptions.
