Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia
I took someone to court in May and judgement was made in my favor but the person has yet to pay me. What recourses do I have in order to make them pay and without me paying more money to the courts?

Just because you win in court doesn't mean you get paid. Most of the steps to collect involve additional costs, and some require a lawyer. And there is nothing that guarantees payment. If the amount is large, or if you are unfamiliar with collection of judgments see a lawyer.
Glen's answer is spot-on. There are lawyers who specialize in judgment collection. Often times they do not require an up-front fee, but will take a hefty percentage of whatever they recover for you.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not establish an attorney-client relationship.*******
