What is the statue of limitations for credit card debt in the State of Georgia?

I suspect you didn't ask the question you should have asked. The statute is likely not going to be Georgia's at all. The law that governs your credit card will likely be a state like Nevada or South Dakota or Delaware, even if you live in Georgia. That will be in your credit card agreement from when you got the card, and may have changed based on inserts to your bill. Before raising SOL as a defense, be sure of what state law applies. Almost no credit card issuers use Georgia law.
