Unknown cell phone charges

I have unknown charges on my cell phone. The cell phone company said they cannot refund or credit me because the bill has already been submitted. They won't let me talk to an higher authority. So how can I go about getting these charges off my phone?

You are not clear about what you mean by "unknown." Does that mean that charges appeared from calls that were not made from your phone, or does it mean they could have been made on your phone, you just do not know who may have been using the phone at the time. If the former, follow the procedures on the bill for disputing the charges. If the latter, you are responsible for your phone. Either way, many more facts are needed.
