Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

My X- husband and I divorced in 2009 and he filed bankrupcty on his debt but I did not and have paid my credit cards, in the bankruptcy we had a line of credit that was listed on the bankruptcy and discharged, can they come after me for that?

A creditor can come after whoever is liable (absent a bankruptcy by that person). Someone else's bankruptcy does not get you out of a debt. It often means the creditor is going to come after you since no one else is paying.
