I am 21 my girl friend is 16 and pregnant. can we get married with me being arrested for stat in GA?

If you were having sex with her (i.e., preying on her) when she was 15 and you were 20 or 21, you possibly face 20 years in prison. Marriage or getting older won't wipe that out.
