Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
When I was 18, I plead guilty to a Misdemeanor charge of Shoplifting (under $20) in Columbia County, Augusta, GA. This was in October of 2010. This is my first and only offense. Is there any way I could get this expunged or discharged?
