Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If an ex-employee (no longer working for the company) misused the company credit card and excepted gifts from venders and the company want to discuss the charges with the ex-employee, should the ex- employee go in and have a discussion? if yes with or without a lawyer. The individual feel if he law-up, so will the company?

NEVER disuss criminal matters with anyone (law enforcement, lay people, reporters, etc) without proper legal counsel present -- NEVER, period
