Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My ex/father of my child is being charged with assault on my parents, simple battery with me, and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree to our 5 month old son. He was arrested on February 18th and is still in there. Any idea on how long he'll be in there or what time frame I'm looking at before he gets out?
