Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

felony charge wrongfully

How can I reopen a case that was never suppose to happen again. I had already been to court for this same case in another city by the same man and he was given a writ of possession of property. He didn't like the verdict given by that judge and decided to take it to another court with his friend the judge and I was given a felony judgement by thiis judge. I was told by an attorney who I was going to get to represent me but is now a judge that I did nothing for this to be a felony. Also the case is double jeopardy and shouldn't have been taken to another court. By the way the guys that did this are both judges and knew better. What can I do? My license as a health care worker is threatened, and all my hard work and sacrifes are for nothing. I couldn't vote, and now I'M stuck with one employer because I'm afraid that other employers will find out what's on my record. I really don't have 2500.00 to pay for representation. I'm not a felon and should not have that blemish on my record. I'm having to lead a second class citizen life for nothing, PLEASE HELP

Re: felony charge wrongfully

Your remedy would've been to appeal these supposedly wrongful judgments within the time frames permitted when they were originally handed down. And, if such was not done, it is now very likely too late to do anything about them.
