Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

felony drug charge

I was arrested and charged with Felony possession of a substance 1 drug in the state of Georgia. The only other offense on my record is a possession of alcholic beverage charge a year ago. Am I still eligiable for a "First Offender Treatment". I pled No Lo to the alcoholic possession charge. Thanks for your help.
