Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My husband was recently arrested for aggravated battery against me. I had a swollen bloody nose and lost the bonded part of my front tooth. I still have more than half of my tooth left, it isn't loose. My nose was not broken and the swelling was gone in three days. He punched me about 4 times in a completely intoxicated state. Does this constitute aggravated battery in the state of georgia.

yes. See website on violent offenses: www.lawrencelewispc.com
Definitely. Push hard for his prosecution, as he needs to be in jail for a long time.
In the meantime, you need to get a good divorce attorney and get away from this abusive man. The next time he could kill you. If you lack resources to get this done, contact your local battered woman's shelter for assistance. You will want to get a TPO and a divorce.
Good luck, and don't ever let him near you again.
