Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

Suing Ebay for Discrimination

I plan to sue Ebay for 1.3 Billion dollars for discrimination and I need representation! Their policies and practices discriminate against Sellers in favor of Buyers.

Buyers can say anything about a Seller, whether true or not and based on this they can arbitrarily suspend your account.

I'm not interested in money. Any award I will give to charity. I want them put put on notice that their discriminatory practices are not acceptable and they need to be stopped and I want my account reinstated.

Please only contact me via email.

Re: Suing Ebay for Discrimination

Discrimination must be illegal discrimination, i.e., based on race, color, creed, national origin, religion, age, gender or disability, etc. To favor their buyers over their sellers is not on its face a prohibited discrimination. So, to have any kind of case, it would have to be based on breach of the contract, if there is any contract term they are violating. I'm not sure where you came up with this 1.3 billion dollar figure. Do you think you could show that to be your loss? If find that tough to believe. If you would like me to look into this further, please e-mail me with more details at [email protected]. Please include (1) the link to your ebay contract, (2) a description of what was said about you and by whom, and (3) what was said about you and what was false about it.
