I live in georgia, and I have a dui that is over 5 years old can it be espunged

Georgia law is pretty strict about expunging any arrest, much less an arrest. If you were arrested, and not convicted, you may be eligible for expungement. If you were convicted, you probably cannot have the arrest taken off your record.
