Age at which minor is allowed to move out

I would like to know how old I have to be to move out of my parents home.

You can move out when you like. At age 17 the juvenile court will be without authority to make you move back so your parents would likewise be without authority to do so. Again thought, i sugest you contact DFCS and ask for their assistance.
