alimony nonpayment

I was granted by the court 3 years of alimony in my divorce, after six months my ex husband pays me less than one third of this amount, if i go to court will the judge make him pay, and backpay. I earn min wage and he earns around one hundred and fifty thousend a year, we were married for 15 years and in that time i was a homemaker
