Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

How do change this?

My son and his wife signed over temporary guardianship to his wifes grandmother. It was supposed to be to help them until they get on their feet. However now that the paper is signed they have no say in the Childs life and the grandmother will not let them have her on weekends if they do not do, as she wants. She talks of not giving their baby back at all sometimes. I am not even allowed to see my own grandchild because my daughter-in-laws grandmother and I do not get along. My son knows they should never have signed that paper but they did. They have no money for a lawyer and don't know what to do. Do they have any rights, or anyway to fight this and get her back? Thank you for any help you can give, and for your time.

Re: How do change this?

Temporary Guardianship can usually be revoked in Probate Court where it was filed. Then if the Temporary Guardian objects, it is removed to Juvenile Court for a determination of what is in the child's best interests.
