In Georgia,--name removed--what age can a child say who they want to live with. And go with that person-I have a grandchild-her parents are divorced- she wants to live with her garndparents-

There is no law that allows a child to live with grandparents without the consent of the parent(s). However, grandparents can seek visitation. Consult with a local attorney.
