Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been cohabiting with a man for 7 yrs now and have been blessed with 2 children of 6years and 2years.The problem is that my husband recently went to his rural home and met with her childhood sweetheart and wedded in a church ceremony.Do i have any defences to file to show that we had a valid marriage?

Cohabitation and children do not make a marriage -- an actual wedding/marriage does. You provide no other facts, and don't even tell us if you got married.

Assuming you're in Georgia, you are NOT married unless you get a marriage license and go through a ceremony. He is NOT and never was your husband.
