Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My dad gained custody of me when i was 4. My dad never signed my birth certificate.He also doesnt have an original copy of my birth certificate only a print ou t copy. My mom and dad were never married.on my birth certificate her maiden name is phillips because she was married to another man at the time. Will that effect my dad in trying to obtain an original copy of my birth certificate?
