You need to retain the services of an attorney who practices in the area of juvenile law. If you had the funds, you could have the test done and determine if other sources could be contributing to the positive test. It has been determined frequent use of Purel or other antibiotic cleansers which contain alcohol can seep into the skin. The Court is, of course, going to be concerned if alcohol turns up in a test. The Father should maintain sobriety and remain drug free and continue to follow the case plan. Get an attorney.

He is entitled to an attorney to represent him if he meets income qualification. I am in the area and handle juvenile court cases very often. Please have him call my office and if I can't help I can try to get him to someone who can. 9129641115
