My ex is friends with a judge and is harrassing me legally and not holding up his end of divorce agreement. My 2nd lawyer will not help me. Do I have recourse?

You need to speak with your lawyer about your case. If one party is not abiding by the terms of a divorce decree, you can petition the court to hold them in contempt.

Judges are friends with a lot of people, through church, Kiwanis, etc. By itself, that doesn't mean anything. I don't understand why you have a lawyer who won't help you. Shop around.
