if my husband owned his home before we married, will i have to move out even if we have a baby if we get divorce?

It's doubtful the Court will require you to move out --- even if your husband owned the home prior to the marriage. The bottom line is that you should be considered to have at least a percentage interest in the home by virtue of your marriage. While the issues of whether there may be equity in the house and whether you get to remain in the house long-term will need to be resolved, most judges are going to allow you to remain there with your child until you two either agree on how to handle the house, or until a hearing is set to deal with division of property.

Generally (but not always) property he brings to the marriage is his. Consult with a local attorney about the "but not always" conditions.
