Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If I get a divorce and have joint custody of the children, where the children reside with me for the most do I receive child support even if stated it id joint custody?

In Georgia, joint custody does not automatically prevent one parent or the other receiving child support. The fact that the child resides with the other parent some of the time and you most of the time will be considered by the Court when making its child support determination.
