Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was divorced in April of 2011, we have 3 children together and a pretty standard visitation. Because of my ex's unfaithful past and for the health and safety of the children, I put in a Morality Clause into the decree so that they weren't exposed to different partners and end up more confused than they already are (they are all under the age of 8). Since June my ex has been living with a new girlfriend who has 2 children. When our children go for visitation they are sleeping there on the sofa and floors of the 3 bedroom house. I'm working with my lawyer to file a contempt order but obviously (4 months later) it's been a lengthly process, letters to his lawyer and mine back and forth. Since our children's sleeping arrangments are clearly unstable at their Father's girlfriends house, should I get DFCS involved to speed up the process? My ex has his own home with beds for his children in it (however the water was cut off over a month ago). Any advice would be appreciated, I worry sick about our children while they are in their Father's care, they are all in counseling and cry about having to go to Dads to sleep on the sofa, it hurts to see them go through this.

I am really confused about why you posted this question here since you have counsel.

Youhave a lawyer but are writing here about doing an end-around your lawyer (which could really screw up your case). Your lawyer is the best qualified person to determine which strategies will help or hurt your case and when to do them. Call him. Doing things without him is a very bad idea.

Anyone in your situation should be represented by a lawyer; therefore, congratulations on not trying to solve the issues without one. Do not take any actions related to your case, including posting questions about the matter on a legal website, without consulting your lawyer.
