Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My estanged wife just recently signed a insurance check, that had both our names w/ the word "and" on it, then deposited the check in her indivisual bank account. Later, she withdrew all the money. Is this legal?

Of course, it's not legal. That's why they make checks out to two people: so that both have to sign and agree to the disposition of the proceeds. Consult with a local attorney. If you would like to discuss this with me, please feel free to give me a call.
