If someone falsified an Affidavit of Diligent Search form to obtain a Divorce by Publication, and knew exactly where their estranged spouse lived and that the estranged spouse had never lived in the state from which the divorce was being sought, is the divorce still legally binding?

It is until the other party sues to set it aside. If that can be proven, a court could set the decree aside.
