where can i find papers to modify my final decree?

You can go to the Clayton County law library or the Fulton County law library (which is located in the courthouse). Research may show you that you cannot modify the final decree. If a particular issue is not clarified in the decree, you may be able to file a motion to do so.

However, if you want to try to do it yourself, go the the law libraries and perform your research to determine if it is possible.

There is no one standard form to modify a decree. While a handful of counties have generic forms, it would be foolish to try to use them without seeing a lawyer. Every modification is very fact dependent, and only certain parts on an order are modifiable. Even a minor mistake on a form will lose your case for you. See a lawyer.
