A divorce without a suignature means you have to serve her by sheriff and you will have a contested divorce.

There is NO 50-50 law in Georgia. That is what is called community property. There is equitable division in Georgia meaning a judge can give her none, some or all of the marital property and she may or may not get alimony.

The best way to have this go very badly is to file a case without a lawyer. The best way to protect your rights is with legal counsel.
