Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex gave me a check for hald of my child supprt and worte "October Child Support" in memo line. If I deposit this, does it imply that I have accepted payment in full?

No. He just gets a credit for what he has paid against what he owes.

I agree with the prior answer. You should also send him a letter (priority mail/delivery confirmation) to inform him of the deficiency and contempt of the court order.
