My husband walked out on me and our 3 year old son. What are his visitation rights in ga before the divorce?

Until a court order says who has custody and a parenting plan is in place, both parents have equal rights your child. You have no right to keep the child from the father. Right now custody is in limbo until one of you makes the move to file for divorce. On another note, if the father has left, even though you are still married, he is required to provide support for the child.
