Child support is determined by statute with a specific formula for computation. the Summit County Domestic Relations home page has a preliminary computation. In order to confirm the child support you should contact the Child support enforcement agency in your county.

Re: legal contract for child support

There is a child support worksheet established by the State of Ohio that computes the appropriate amount of support based upon incomes and other factors. Most Courts will not allow you to deviate more than 10% from the appropriate amount. The support should be deducted from his paycheck and disbursed by the child support enforcement agency for your county. You can get free legal support from the agency in your county.
