loosing liscence

I recieved a letter that I was loosing my liscence due to not paying child support. I have been out of work since November. I work retail its hard to find a job this time of year. I paid my last payment in november. I then made a payment in janurary. If i loose my liscence how can i get a job. child support gave no help I need my liscense but can't afford an attorney to help me. My ex has a special needs child now and can't take proper care of my daugher. I need to be able to take her to appointments for the dentist but can't if i loose my liscense what legal righst does a dad have in Georgia being the non-custodial parent

II don't understand your question, or, if I do, it is too complex to be answered here. However, I will tell you that if you have a change of circumstance in your income, you need to ask the court to modify the support. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the payments.
