Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Visitation Problems

I have registered my son for rec baseball. The non custodial father and his family have caused many problems at his games in the past so I told him that since he gets him every other weekend that he can take him to his games and when I have him, I will take him to his games. I thought this was a fair compromise but he refuses and says he will be at every game. For the kids sake, I think it's best that there is no tention there. He's there to have a good time not to listen to fighting. What can I do besides pulling him away from something he enjoys doing?

Re: Visitation Problems

You should consult with a local attorney about a modification of the divorce decree and/or an injunction.
