Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i got married in Massachusetts. I live in Georgia. Under the rules of GA and MA we qualify for an annullment - or at least can apply for one. I don't know where to go - can I file for an annullment in Georgia when we just got married in Massachusetts? He has never lived in GA, never showed up, I don't know what to do or which state to work with. I want NOT to married to him anymore, and am not sure how to protect myself.

Nothing in your post indicates that you qualify for an annulment. A legal marriage, no matter how brief, can be dissolved only by divorce. You haven't posted enough information to answer you. Where you got married has nothing to do with where you file. Other things decide that. Feel free to contact me with details.
