Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Partially won appeal in Georgia divorce. Lost the part re: student loan acquired during marriage that was used exclusively for day care and family living expenses. Not one cent, and I have the checks to prove it, went toward school. Had full ride tuition scholarship. Loan rejected as marital debt because I MIGHT get a portion of husbands military retirement IF he retires. Meanwhile, I pay the loan every month and he can't possibly retire for 4 more years, assuming that the navy doesn't kick him out for indebtedness. (he's 2 months behind on the mortgage court ordered him to pay). Why am I getting screwed? He committed adultery too and I have email proof. Ugh please help.

Those were and are questions for your lawyer in the case. A do-over on the internet, with just a couple sentences of your side, does no good at all.
