paternity tests

how can i obtain a paternity test from a prisoner lawfully?

I've never had this done before, but I would suppose just as you would a regular person. File the paternity suit in the superior court and ask for the paternity test. Be prepared to pay for all or part of it depending on the outcome. I'm not sure why you would do this; the end result could be that the prisoner possibly legitimates the child, has visitation rights, and cannot even pay support because he is incarcerated.
