Power of atty - and child support arrearge

my mother had power of attorney over me to sign and deposit my child support arrearage, she spent the 10,000.00, is this legal - can she just do that? it wasnt part of the aggrement.

There is no way fvor a lawyer to answer that without reading the power of attorney and getting details you have not posted. Hire a lawyer to review the paperwork.
