Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Remarriage & Protecting Assets

I know this question has already been asked a lot, but I need a follow up. Which type of attorney should I consult to protect my assets. I don't have huge sums, but for a woman who has acquired what I have since my first divorce, I am very very uncomfortable with my fiance's ex-wife's ambitions for additional child support while claiming he purposesly keeps his income low and hides assets. Can she or her child have any rights to my home, savings or 401(k) to get legal fees or more child support?

Re: Remarriage & Protecting Assets

No one, including your fiance, can get rights to your property unless you give it to them. A good divorce should be able to look at all the circumstances and advise you. Good luck.
