Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my roomate keeps leaving her infant child alone with me when i refuse to watch him what can i do. can i just leave the child home alone without facing legal action because i told her i would not watch him? or should i call the police or cps next time she leaves?

I'm not sure how you can ask if leaving an infant alone is OK, whether or not you would get in trouble. The police may or may not care, and DFACS might get involved. Either way, you probably should start looking for other living arrangements.
