getting seperated

if my husband is doing drugs can i legally ask him to leave the house. can i ask him to move out? do i haved any rights

You should employ an attorney to guide you through the steps that you need to take. You may wish to consider making it clear to you spouse that you do not condone his activity, and give him the choice of seeking treatment and cessation drug use or moving out provided that you have a possessory interest in the property that you are asking your husband to leave.
