how successful is appealing a final divorce degree.this is a male asking I got nothing for 20 years of marriage .

they gave me my 2 old truck and a old boat I owned older big screen tv and some junk items .I was married for 17yrs we owned a home she got all equity in this house and the judge gave her a reasonable time to get everything in her name .what is a reasonable time ???

An appeal is discretionary and must be filed within 30 days. Typically, you should expect a retainer of at least $10,000 for an appeal. Bear in mind that you can only appeal mistakes of law. You can't just appeal over a bad result.
